Someone talk me into this...

I just Ordered A Dell Dimension 8200 with 1. 7Mhz Pentium 4, 80Gig Harddrive, 1Gig PC800 Ram (Upgradeable to 2Gig), 48x cd drive, 21" Trinitron Monitor, Window's XP, Bla Bla Bla.....
This is going to a Big Upgrade For me, Since I have been using Webtv for 4yrs now..... LOL!
I have a Digital Camera, So Maybe I can Post some Pictures of my Toys.

Best component of that setup is the 21" monitor (about $700 of the $2k). I tell folks all the time, get the biggest monitor you can find. You'll be staring at that monitor for hours, it's not the piece to be cheap with. I don't know how folks manage with those piddly 15" monitors, even 17" seems like a tiny patch of real estate to work with.



That's also a pretty good price. I used to be able to beat Dell and Gateway by a large margin, shopping locally, but not this season. Maybe I could've gotten $250 better, but most of that gets eaten up in sales tax. Enjoy your new toy!
