i had a blown ignition fuse under the hood , no other fuses or relays were damage to my knowledge , i replaced it and nothing changed im not getting power to the solenoid , i also swaped out the the relays just to check if they were the problem and that wasnt it either , what do you guys think ?

the truck is a 2000 4x4 5 speed

i forgot to say that i bye passed the clutch saftey switch with a jumper and thats not the problem either

You need to check the starter. Put the truck in neutral and with switch OFF crawl underneath the truck and momentarily touch the small wire on the starter with a wire from the positive side of battery. If it turns over, starter is OK. Something blew that fuse and its not easy to do.

Check to see that the starter solenoid wire inside the positive battery cable loom hasn't rubbed through onto the crossframe or the metal straps that bolt to the oil pan bolts under the truck. Check the entire length of that wire. Check for shorts to ground within the starter as well.
