Tracy: Cool Decals!! Are those available? I think I'd like those! Did you make them yourself?

Debadged mine at 1 month old and the small stuff was easy. The 2500 Ram Cummins Turbo Diesel badge was a toughie. Used all manner of tool and chemical, including Goo Gone (I was cautious lest I mess up the paint... ).

Finally I went to a GOOD body shop and lo a behold they had a rubber flapper wheel made by 3M just to remove this residual glue! The owner had mercy on me and took the glue off in seconds and at no charge!

I have a 01. 5 also. Are the side plastic stickers and the small sport sticker by the rear window attached via tape? Do you just pull those suckers off also? I have removed the decals on the tailgate with little hassle but don't want to tear off the side pieces without some info... #ad

The initial set will be for a light colored truck, such as silver, white,etc. , but I can do any combo of colors you would need... . Anyone with problems of an outline being left after debadging the tailgate? I've seen trucks with no letters on the tailgate, but you can still see where the lettering used to be. Could this be because the lettering was not removed when the truck was new?

I had that problem when i pulled the stickers from mine. This helped. Cleaned the area good with Denatured Alcohol and then applied a coat of wax to the area. Still can see it every once in a while. going to buff the truck in the spring though and hope this helps to get rid of it totaly.

The "C" can be purchased from Cummins. It is about 2" x 2" and is made of aluminum. I shot it with 3 coats of clear coat to make it look better and for durability. I made the "ISB" part from a Cummins cabplate.

The more you customize the sticker the more money you need to pay.

I think what we should do is have 3 stickers, one the way it is, a 12 valver and the high output(ETH?).
