On my road trip last week I saw a third gen reg cab short bed. I didnt know dodge offerd this in a diesel. Is this just an unusual truck?

I don't think it's offered in the US. I saw a 2nd gen 2500 reg cab SWB V10 with Mexican plates on it once.



Are you sure the truck you saw was a CTD? There are a lot of 1500 reg cab SWB trucks around here. They look a bit silly IMHO, but I think they sell them around here because of the lower price.

Yeah man Im sure. There was an older man driving with his little old wife sitting next to him. It was a 2500 single cab short bed with a ctd. Had the c on the front quarter and all. It was two wheel drive I could tell coming up behind it caus the pipe. It was in Indiana and had Indiana plates on it. I thought I might be over tierd but the wife confermed it. I was really close to following the guy but wanted to get to ks asap.
