98 12v qc 4x4 5spd sb. I had been looking for exactly the right one for a while. A wholesaler friend picked this one up as soon as it was traded in. I bought it sight unseen hoping for the best. I got to look at it briefly and it seemed real nice. I listed it in the classifieds before I had a chance to drive it much. I wasn't sure I would like the 4. 10 gears. After driving it for a week, I feel like it's a keeper.

It has a small tear in the driver's seat, but other than that the interior is perfect. Here's the real kicker, it's a one owner and it belonged to a real nice older gentleman that had it serviced every 3000 miles. It has 180k on it, but he lives in the southeast and also owns property in Colorado. 90% of the miles are highway. He had any and everything fixed as they it wrong and didn't let anything go. I can find nothing wrong with the truck anywhere. I think it has every available option for a 98. Itis totally stock. Nothing including the cat has been touched.

Wish me luck as I set out to make a little more hp. I'm putting some gauges in it this weekend and exhaust shortly thereafter. Not sure what after that. :)

I am... Grind the stock plate to a 100, slide it back, spin the star wheel a little, and drive it like you stole it. Just bought a '97 5sp for that exact purpose :D

Have fun, most of us are jealous.
