YES! I get to tow a bunch of stuff tomorrow!Oo.

I don't often get to tow things around with my Ram, but do I ever love it when I do!:D

Gotta get up early and help a friends sister move. The friend and his dad have always been OVERly helpful whenever I needed their 20FT Gooseneck so its the least I can do..... seeing as they have nothing to pull it with after my buddy traded his Chevy 3500 for a '03 S10 with a V8:rolleyes:

Then I get to pick up another gooseneck, and fool with my brake box for the first time since I've owned the truck. :eek: I have a Tekonsha that came with the truck, but I've only used the 1st trailer above and the brakes never have worked on it!:mad:

After I get the brakes set my cousin is loading his '78 phurd F-250 on the G-neck and we're off to a mud run competition. (boy is he gonna get ribbed for like the next month... BY ME!;) )

Anyhow just figured I'd share with my TDR friends. :cool:

Let the smoke roll, and the motor moan!!!:D

Well I let the motor ROAR, and some smoke roll but I didn't get into very much for fear of slipping my clutch. Had a friend behind me the other day (unloaded) and he was just liking the back of my truck to much... ... . short shifted 4th and let "a 'lil" smoke roll as I mashed the skinny pedal. Well the clutch slipped a little and I said:eek: and backed out of it, and ever since I've been trying to baby it don't want to start slipping yet!:{

Had a great time tonight at the competition tonight. We got flooded out 1/2 way through tonight, and as we were loading the F-250 we noticed a '01(?) 2500 was having trouble getting up a double set of hills to get out. He also had the same exact trailer I had on my back!:eek: He finally got a running start and got out as we were getting in the truck. I circled around and went to get a running start and someone started backing out in front of me!:mad: Stopped got ready to start again and someone else started backing out#@$%! , they saw me start to move and stopped. So I reached for my Grover switch as I let out on the clutch, and let it sing while I went up the double hills behind all the rest of the trailers!:D

Made it out on the first try, and away we went!Oo.

Dang I don't have a gooseyneck hitch. But I do have plenty to hang on the "bumper". Photos as it happens.

Call SBC and start saving for that clutch!

Its a really nice trailer, but its not mine!:(

Borrowed it from a friend cause the 20 footer I usually use has a non-working brake box and its not long enough for a long bed pickup!

Got home Saturday night after being rained out, dropped the trailer in the field you see on the other side of the trucks (ajoined to the yard they are in) so it wouldn't sink in the yard. Hooked up to take it home Monday morning and made a rookie mistake! I was by myself and I forgot to slide the collar shut and put the bar down through it!:eek:

As my cousin was unloading his truck we watched in horror (mainly me) as the hitch came up high enough to see the bottom of it standing 10ft away from my truck, then came back down HARD I was sure I put a hole in the bed of my truck, but thankfully my drop in liner took the blunt of it!:confused:

It did however break the weld that secured the handle to the jack (why was it welded?) so we spent 45 minutes tracking down my neighbor who was hauling hay so we could use his welder!:eek:

Man I had a long EXtended weekend! My cousin payed me $30 for it though which filled my tank back up this morning!!Oo.
