I got a great new tattoo this weekend at the National Tattoo Association convention in Reno, NV. In honor of my craving for all things HOT, I got a chili pepper tattoo, taken from a T-shirt I have. A jalapeno pepper with a pistol in each hand, and crossed bandoliers of ammo on his chest. The caption from the shirt, which I did not get on the tattoo, reads "We don't need no stinkin' tastebuds!" By the way, this is my third tat. Darn things are as addicting as Cummins BOMBs #ad

Be careful now. I had a good freind in the service who got wasted one night. He was walking funny for a week after. He had a spiderweb done from his waistline down to the end of(you know)with a black widow spider on the end!!!!!!!!OUCH!!!!

I know what you mean, Tom. I have two myself and I'm thinkin hard about a third. I have Popeye on my left shoulder blade and the state of Texas colored in like the flag and wrapped in barbed wire on my right shoulder. Maybe this summer I'll get another.

question for you Tat guys (and girls), can a tat be put over scar-tissue? My upper arm is rather scarred from cuts, not burns. Is it possible to cover them up?

Jeff, I don't see why it can't be done. Check with a good parlor and ask. An artist that has some experience has probably seen that sort of thing before.

My sister has had many serious operations in her life, was born with severe back/spinal deformities and needed a few open heart surgeries when very young. She has had several tattoos put on, many on her back, especially to cover the scar tissue. So no problem there at all.

Just be careful, as once you start, ya can't stop! Kinda like BOMBing your Cummins #ad

Reminds me of a joke.
This guy was a football fanatic. Every game he just had to watch period! But his favorite team was the Buffalo Bills. His wife was a football widow in a big way. She decided she was goig to get his attentions anyway she could. So down to the local tattoo shop she went. She asked "Sir how much for a Buffalo Bills tattoo"?He replied"$350. 00,it cost so much because of NFL rights ect". She couldn,t afford that so she settled for a large B on both cheeks of her rearend. She then went down to the lingerie shop and got the skimpys nighty she could find.

The next sunday she got dressed up in the nighty(without the bottoms) and paraded herself in front of him(who of course was watching football). She finally bent over right in front of him! He replied with"Who the he11 is BoB"????????

The lady is big Elvis fan, goes to get a tattoo of Elvis on her upper thigh. Later that night she goes to the bar and shows her tattoo to the bartender, he asks "who is that"? Upset, she returns to the parlor to get another Elvis tatoo on the other thigh. She goes to the bar and shows it to the bartender, he says" I don't know who those guys are but the one in the middle is Willie Nelson"!
