Well I got my Ultimate Console in the mail today. Still haven't got a chance to even look at it yet (had it shipped to my mothers work for safe keeping), but sadly I can't even put it in today!:{ I'm leaving in just a couple of hours for Chattanooga TN and won't be back till late evening Thursday! Oh well I'll fun while I'm gone, and I'll have fun installing my console as well as 3K GSK when I get back!Oo.

Awesome!! I'm patiently waiting for mine and getting excited about getting it installed. Keep us posted on how it goes... ...

I got mine too!

It's 31 Dec and I'm gonna install it today. Very high quality. I'm going to us a small diameter drain hose that will fit snugly inside of drain tube to reduce size of hole drilled into transmission hump. Gonna install a valve as well.

Can't wait, Wiredawg

Completed installation!

Sregorb:

I wanted a drain, but didn't want the large hole with the suppplied drain line. I also wanted a valve. I installed the drain about an 2. 5 inches from the back of the console. I put duct tape on the inside of the cooler, then taped a thin board inside to keep the acrylic of the cooler from splintering. I drilled drain from the bottom/outside of the console. In installed the the drain, then cut off the bottom of the drain even with the drain nut. I purchased a 1/4 inch ball valve and three 1/4 inch to tapered fittings. I took 1/4 inch fuel line, cut one of the tapered fittings, inserted it in the end of the fuel line to flare it out, covered it with dish soap, pushed it through the drain and trimmed it off even with the bottom. I then screwed the remaining two tapered fittings into the ball valve and inserted one end into the fuel line inside the drain, with the top of the valve flush with the drain nut. I then placed the console in the truck and marked where the valve touched the carpet. I removed the console and drilled hole in transmission hump with 3/8 inch bit. I had to waller it a little to get a 6 inch piece of fuel line through the floor, still tight fit. I then positioned console back in truck, pushed fuel line flush to the bottom valve and tightened the nuts on the console.

The overall distance from the bottom of the the console to the bottom of my valve is 3. 5 inches. Works great. The valve is just a slight reach from the back seat to open or close.

First thing in the morning the Ram goes back into the basement for the GSK (while the motors still cool!) and then off to test my GSK and my new cup holder!:D

Rob PM'd me and said that the "Ultimate Console" only raise's the flip up 1/2", but hey I'm only 5"10 so it was more noticeable to me! Still a great product that I would recommend to anybody!

Sorry Rob
