Mine ran out of fuel due to sending unit quitting at 3/4 tank. (Gawsh I'm getting good mileage !) and I had to crack the injector lines at the head open to get it to fire back up.

I knew it!!!

They said it was ME!

And it was so I paid the "stupid" tax for not priming properly. Best 30 buck I ever spent.

In retrospect..... what I thought was the TPS was the lift pump which ran 3 seconds each time til it was airbound.

Anthony D'Ambrosio Dodge in Elverson, PA for those looking for fair service..... but they don't stock banjo bolt gaskets... go figure?

Now then, 14 PSI at idle and 9-10 at WOT, with the newly installed fuel gauge. The pyro is MUCH more responsive then I ever imagined. Boost... louder than the gauge lets on... 20 PSI tops before it backs down.

Thanks all for the education.

lift pump

I don't know about the rest of you but I fill the cannister with fuel before I reinstall it. I then run the lift pump through at least three cycles before I try to start. I have a 98. 5 with 194,000 miles and I had to replace a lift pump at 125,000. Theyn are touchy and expensive. Be nice to it.
