First gen Dodge 205

91 Ramcharger found Thanks to All

Well I was going to start a Crew Cab Diesel project with this truck but all the stuff is way too nice just to tear apart.

If you know anyone that would like to trade 1st gen Ext Cab 8' bed 4x4 that would work

I did put this on Ebay for real cheap also:

I just dont know which way to go with this project. Of all the other projects I have done were easy. Maybe they started out little rougher too though.

Just had to vent... ... What are your ideas?

Nice truck

You have a very clean truck, just keep it out of that salt! It's been a while... do people still four wheel-down by the canal?

The canal has been off limits for many years now. I remember seeing people wheelin in there before I got my liscense. They put some very large obstacles in the entrance ways.

That is the bad thing about my truck I dont drive it in the winter in IL. Some years that could be 5 months LOL.

I'd go back to five months of snow instead of eleven months of rain in a heartbeat! Just need for them to reopen the old Texaco plant so I will have a place to work.

Hey DBR I work with a bunch of guys that came from Texaco!

Strysick? sp, Bice, Jolly?, Poe, and probably others.

I wonder when they will get off their lazy duffs in Lockport and make them clean that up and put some more industry back in there. It looks more like an abandoned grave yard.

I never worked at the Lockport plant, I was too young at the time. I did have friends and family who were employed there. It would be nice to see some new industry. As for cleaning up the plant, it has been there since 1911, long before our current rules and regulations were enstated. I'm sure it will be cleaned up eventually, but perhaps not within our lifetime!

Hey, is Uncle Richie's bar still open? What about Archie's Pizza?

Nice truck

It would make a great truck with a 96-98 12 valve in it.

Good luck either on the sale or the conversion. I'm pulling for the conversion. Remember, if it was easy, it wouldn't be fun.

PJensen, Nice Unit!

Just had to say, sharp truck! I would love to find a crew cab like that, and if I had money, I might of found yours ;)

How much you want for that rig?

8500 and you didn't meet reserve? wow, maybe I did get a deal on mine. That is a dang nice looking truck, and I gotta admit, It was hard for me to tear mine down and mine wasn't that nice. If ya don't mind telling, what are you asking? My brother has a craving for one now... ... ... ... and being 18 years old, that 440 oughta satisfy his childish curiosity :D

Well this truck has a complete rebuilt driveline in it. The body is a solid Colorado truck = no rust and its a factory Royal SE = all the power options available in 83.

I paid 10K for it last year and my reserve was around that. I put another 1K in it with shipping battery and someother small stuff.

I put it on Ebay to move quick so I could deal on this new truck but no bites. I know the pic quality was bad. Bad glare.

It was a low reserve just to move the truck quick. Now its back at my 12,500. 00 and Ill wait to sell it I might just have to put the clanger in this one next year.

Here is a link to better pictures of the truck:
