I just lost my father

For all those that sent prayers to help his recovery, thank you.



My father passed away just a half hour ago. Please pray for him.



He passed from brain cancer at the age of 68.

I will forever miss him.

Since I'm not Catholic, I won't pray for your Dad (I don't believe it helps). But YOU on the other hand, could CERTAINLY benefit from it. It is my sincere hope that you would find comfort in the solemn memory of the loved and lost, knowing that you were loved unconditionally by another human being.

There is nothing really that anyone can say or do to take away the pain you are feeling. My father died of cancer in 2000 at the young age of 55. I still miss him terribly. Like you, I was just getting close to him when he left. I try to focus on the happy times we had. Keep his memory alive by instilling his values and sharing stories of his life with your kids.
