Purchased my 3500 Mega on September 29th and have 3030 miles already. It is soooo big inside that I swear I hear an echo. The Navigation system and Sat radio works great. The heated seat feel great on my aching back. CTD has awesome power.

Gotta go riding now.

Yeah, I love your mega cab, too. I just wish they were a bit cheaper.

I went looking at them again with the g/f this weekend.

The ride, the space, the DVD, the Nav, gotta have it! Did I mention the ride? It's like a car compared to my truck, and mine rides better than when new. And it's so quiet! A truly amazing truck.

A white Laramie 3500 4x4 w/ 48RE (loaded, of course) stickered at $54,500  , and that's with no additional markup.

Even at the below invoice dealers you'll be spending a ton, maybe $47k plus fees? OUCH!

I'm going for some lotto tickets...

I skipped on the leather and some of those extra's. Mine was 36k plus tax.

The wife loves the extra room with our 6month old. At a family function yesterday a fellow CTD owner saw my Megacab for the first time. He's going to be selling his 99' CTD very soon to upgrade. He's looking forward to his daughter not being able to kick the back of the seat.

I can't wait for my mega cab to arrive. I ordered it sight unseen several weeks ago and in my area (Providence RI) there is currently only one Mega Cab on a dealers lot. The wife and I took a ride today to check it out today and we were very impressed. It's a 2500 Laramie but didn't include the nav radio, DVD, or bucket seat/center console like my 3500 will have. What I liked is with the front seats all the way back I can sit in the rear seat without any problem, and I'm 6'2'' 260lbs.

Oh well, hopefully mine will arrive within the next 5 weeks or so.

I'm not trying to pick a fight with you, but heated leather seats in central FL in October? I know a little about back, but man that is some intense treatment. How do you stay cool?

I have ordered a Mega Cab as well but I am undecided about the navigation option. Not to be sexist but is it something my wife can figure out? I've read the documentation and it looks good. Also, does anyone know the differenae between the 25900 and the 3500?

My dealer says its only in the overload springs in the rear suspention. Thanks

will

My wife has figured out the basics for the nav in my new Mega Cab. Some of the functions are tricky at first but not half as hard as my hand held GPS I use to use. She loves the U-Connect and so do I. A must have if you go all out for the nav make shure you get it. My dealer tells me the same on the 3500, overloads and emblem.

The wife had to engage 4wd on day two of ownership just to park it. She flew to Idaho on a Saturday and brought it home. Early Sunday morning she brought coffee, breakfast and the new truck to the Mudbog our club was sponsoring Oo.

pride, they have been telling me that they should have gotten two for the last 8 weeks. i ordered it on 9-13,they tell me that i should get in by the end of this month or first week in nov.

I ordered the truck with every single option except the sunroof, cab clearance lights, and off road tires. The order was placed on 9/20/05.
