I believe Mitchell (the one who has the pulling trucks) has what your looking for. If you've got access to a welder, why not just build your own. Very easy to do and any NAPA store has the 4" elbows you'd need.

I've got one that came with my DD exhaust, but I already had an HX-40. Let me know if you still need one, and I'll get it to ya. It's never been used.
