AS most of you know for the past few months I have had a rash of problems with the clutch in my truck. I was in a pinch for a clutch and didn't have time to get a SBC clutch ordered and get the truck back on the road. And that is where my problems started. Truck would shudder so hard that I was afraid that it would break parts.

I was looking forward to our vacation this week to see what my new clutch would do. My new clutch is the SBC 13" upgrade Con OFE installed and paid for by my friends repair shop!!! Go Figure!

I have never driven a clutch that performs like this. It seems the more I tow with it the smoother it gets. I am able to start off nearly at an idle with no shudder,,,,nothing. When we got to the camp ground and found our camp site, it took some special backing to get it between another motor home and a post. And I was able to push the trailer back in at an idle!!!!

If you are getting ready or thinking about a new clutch. . take a long look at the 13" version.

I got so excited about the way it worked. . I wanted to stop and have a smoke:D :D :D

Not an advertisement... . just my findings... .

Yes, I luv this clutch also. Mine had to be put in while I was on vacation but this Con OFE is a great clutch it holds the power and is smooth. Now if we could just come up with a pilot bearing that was of as good a quailty as these South Bend Clutch we'd really have something!!!!
