i need help

i need trans help i know there are other member's with this problem... my converter wouldn't stay in lock up , called dodge about this and other tran's problem and they reflashed it for free (emission's warranty) and scratched my aluminum wheel to boot ,,,didn't help , came home and disconnected the batt's ,waited a while cleaned and reconnected ,test drove and worked like a champ,,,, for 2 week's then started again, disconnected again and tried again , once again working great ??? priced a t. p. s. $ 400. 00 yipes i can vary the problem with the throttle... any body with any other idea's

If it hasn'e been done already, have TSB 18-02-99 done. That TSB is to eliminate electrical "noise" which is causing the TC to go in and out of lockup.
