Ive done several searches but, I cannot seem to find the OEM part number for the stock injectors can anyone help?

I looked at 04 and it listed 5086894AA. Not sure if that is for 04 or 04. 5 as it did not have it listed by build date. 2005 did not list an injector. I'm certainly no parts guy so you might have to check with the dealer.

This is the Dealer Work Invoice part when they replaced #6 injector on my 325/600.

Parts QTY 1 FP-NUMBER R5135790-AB DESC. INJECTOR 14099006

Original poster got the correct answer to his question on post #4. We'd better shut this one down now before it goes sideways. :-laf

I don't know, mine was 0. 00 under warranty. I have seen posted references to the price but I don't really remember what they were. It seems like they were rediculous, maybe $500-$600.

D@m, cheaper than I thought, problem is I dont think anyone can buy one. Seems they are "Bestowed" by Star on a whim.

Ok, I am guessing that "reman" means remanufactured, right?? Rebuilt parts at a sale price... .

The reman parts have an "R" preceding the PN. Yes they are remanufactured. Not sure who rebuilds the injectors, but almost every reman engine, not just diesels, are done by Cummins, as noted by a yellow reman tag that identifies the builder.

STAR will release any part for customer pay as long as you give them the vin of the vehicle it is ordered for.

Yes, just ask your dealer to order one for you. If it is customer pay, they call STAR and ask them to release one. They will need the vin to order.
