i need some 91.5-93 injector lines any one got any?

like the topic says im looking for a set of 91. 5- 93 injector lines they are differnt then the 89-91 non intercooled... etc let me know asap... im putting a hold on my p pump conversion so im souping up the ve setup and my new injectors don't fit my old style injection lines. . im on a budget so the cheaper the better. . i hope some one out there can help me. .

I am a little lost do you need the lines becouse the ones you have dont fit the injectores. I thought they were all the same till 94 I have a set of old non intercooled lines I can see if there is any differance in them and the 92 lines on the crewcab. and I thought the only differance in the injectors was the nipple size 7 or 9 mm George

First gens use M12 x 1. 5 thread nuts on both ends. Second gens use M14 x 1. 5 thread on both ends. You can have a shop change the tops on your injectors and reset the pop off pressures if you are trying to use second gen injectors with the larger thread. You should use a lower pressure on the VE, like about 245 bar, instead of the 260 bar the P pump likes.

well i have seen formulas injector lines and his injector nuts are the bigger then mine on my 89 non intercooled his is intercooled later year first gen. . plus i know a prominant southern diesel performance shop that tried the 370 injectors in a first gen and it made a lot more power and the higher breaking pressure wasn't a problem . . mainly a benefit... i know he didn't change the injector lines and he told me that later year first gens had the bigger injector nuts on their lines...

so thats where I'm coming from etc...

no one knows where i can find aset of those lines?

It is my understanding from others and my cummins part manual that the non-intercooled trucks used a 2mm injector line. These were changed to 1. 8mm on the intercooled trucks along with increased line pressure.

mumn maybe i'll buy your old set crew cab and get the bigger nuts installed on them ... i wonder if the cut and reflare them if they will be long enough to use still i'm sure you'd have to do some bending ... as long as they are the same length it should work etc... mummn although i think the 91-93 will accept a 94-98 injector hasn't some one tried the 215 injectors in their first gen? those are th esame bodies as a 370. . mummmmmmmmnn

Don't try to rebend your old lines or put other nuts on them. Better to get new lines and bend them to fit--when new, they bend fairly easily. As I posted above, it is a lot easier to change the tops on the injectors to fit your lines, cheaper too. Don't do it yourself, get a good pump shop to do it and reset & balance the pop-off pressures. 370s run about like the POD Lucas injectors in your engine, and 215s aren't much different with your little, low pressure pump, from what you have.
