I need some computer help

she has IE 5. 5, the newest one, and windows 98. It is the 128 ver and i have tried the repair IE thing and it says its not repairable. Im not real sure what the error message says, I have been working over the phone with her since sunday. I will be there to see for myself today.

One other thing I rememebered. You said earlier that you reinstalled windows. Well you need to reinstall the service packs also. If you have not done that then make sure it happens. There is alot of good advice here but just reinstall IE and I think your problems will be resolved.
