Well guys, I finally have some money saved up and I have to have stacks on my 05. I would like to keep my bed as funtional as possible. I wanna have dual 4" straight cuts with the rain caps. However, I don't really know what kind of material i need for underneith the truck. I plan on running straight pipe, well almost... . stupid CATs. But if anyone can help me out on this, how you ran the exaust, how many parts, and even some pics would be helpful. Any suggestions would help. Thanks in advance

Stacks

Thank you Darkram! I built the stacks myself (a certified welder friend did the welding) I think I have 6 bills in them, compete from the turbo back (no more 3. 5 pipe and cast elbow). I bought all the parts from a local truck parts distributor where I was living at the time (Alaska)

Blah, turbodiezel, after I put 250 miles on your truck with the stacks, I was ready to give it back! I love my 4" :D

i think everyone will agree. once your stacked you'll never go back! Oo. atleast, i wont :D

The fact that you now have holes in the bed makes it tougher. :D

I like my single stack on my 94. Not sure if the 3rd gens have enough room to go with a clean clamp-less look. (I like the way I screwed the stack to the front of the bed  ) I also prefer the elbows and stuff UNDER the box instead of in it.
