I have done it before with a Snap-On thunder-bit, but I need to drill out a stack for different center pin location. I was thinking about using a Rodman carbide tip bit but cant seem to Find a place to get one. Also I’m not sure what they are called but I have seen bits with two flutes that almost look like a wood router bit any help would be appreciated

A Cobalt drill bit may work. I have drilled 400 Brinnel material with the cobalt bit. A solid carbide bit will work great, however, do not side load it or it will shatter. You should be able to find these tools at ENCO, MSC or McMaster Carr. as well as the location listed in the above post. GregH
