I need to take my back glass out

I need to take my back glass out of my 03 so that I can put on a half camper. I'm going to use it as a sleeper. Can anyone tell me how to go about taking the glass out?Or should I just let a pro do it?Heard you had to use heat in the process.

it's pretty self explanitory. to get the best access, you'll probably want to remove the headliner just so you can see everything. there are some tabs that hold it in place... remove them, and after that, it's just glued in. you'll probably want to apply heat to soften the glue.



with that said, if you can drive by an auto glass place and hand someone $40 or so to pop it out for you, I'd probably just go that route! LOL!

I need to remove mine and replace with a diff glass. Is installing one that easy also? What kind of sealant will be needed?
