Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Well, I'm putting in a offer on some property around Kamiah-Kooskia, ID. I never thought I'd abandon Montana, but I can't handle the changes. Bozeman has gone from a cow college town of 10K to 50K plus another 20-30K in the surrounding bedroom communities. The Flathead is the same. The Bitterroot is getting there fast. Plus, prices in the Gallatin, Flathead, and Bitterroot are a tad steep.
Plus, when I'm old and feeble, i. e. retired, I thought it would be nicer to be somewhere warmer than BZ with less snow to shovel. We would keep our place in Bozeman to retreat from the summer heat wave.
Anyway, I would sure like some comments on the insanity of my plans... . before its too late.
PS: there is no more places available. But I hear UT and CO are very very nice.
