I should not have set on one

Went to the Harley shop last week to look at one of them 05 FLHRS Road King Custom and had to set on it. Wrong move now its got me thinking serious about getting another one. I sold my last Harley in 90 or 91. Guess I will have to go back and take one for a ride. It just felt right- like we connected It felt better than a young girls body. Its gonna make a dent in my savings if I get one. Son says if I get one he's going to get him one too.

Larry every spring I start getting the two-wheeler fever. My main problem with getting another bike is the traffic not giving you the respect they should at times. I use to think that was bs that someone said I never seen him before I hit him, but I came real close to hitting a guy that lives a couple streets over from me one day, with out a doubt "I FLAT DID NOT SEE HIM COMING" and it would of been my fault. It scared the crap out of me, heart racing,etc. It scared him also, too close for comfort.



Otherwise I would love to have another one. I guess I will stick with my four-wheeler for off road use. At least I can have somewhat control on my enviroment.

I had two bikes years ago but sold them after seeing one too many fubars (most died) come into the ER from wrecks, most of which were not their fault.

I know what you mean about them idiots out there in cars. I guess I started riding back in the late 50's well the first two wheels I ever had was a 1959 NSU moped seems like I was always working on that thing. So far I have not had a accident on one I know you got to be watching the other cars/trucks etc all the time. I wrecked my 95 Dodge truck 3-15-98 and I have not even thought about one until that light bulb in my head started flickering about a week ago. Doctors thought I would be a vegetable case but I surprised them and came out of it. I had a lot of people praying for me and I think thats what brought me back. Like I said I should not have went and set on one.
