Attention: TDR Forum Junkies Hey guys,
I hate to do it,but I think old blue is going to go up for sale soon. We are expecting our second child in August,and I need a larger cab for the 2 cars seats and stuff,so I think the ole cummins has got to go. I don't want to get rid of it,but I don't have the money or time to keep all these vehicles. I am currently looking at buying a 03 1500 SLT quad cab 2wd hemi from a local dealer,but I have not made up my mind yet. I want another diesel,but they are in the $20K plus range used for a 2wd still,and I am looking to get as new as I can withou breaking the bank. The 03 hemi is $16K with 38K miles on the clock,and it seems to be a well kept truck.
Do you guys think I will get any interest on a D250 club cab with 233K miles on it,and some nice aftermarket parts?There is no way I am trading it in. I would love to keep it,but that would make 4 vehicles for just me,and then my wifes car,and the trailer. Way too many vehicles for 2 drivers. Any input is welcome. You can even call me a dope for not getting another diesel. I know I will regret it someday,but right now in my life the diesel is probably having more damage done to it by sitting around then anything else. I have only put 11K miles on it since july of 2004.
