Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) I Think Its Time For A New Turbo

I'm lookin for some opinions on turbos.

Im lookin at Super Phat Shaft 64 or a similar HTT I am really trying to figure which one i need. And which one drops the egt's the most without being too laggy. My sig is up to date and for some reason i still have the stock turbo on there. Its gonna get laser cuts and bigger injecters in the future after i get the head oringed and studded. Oo.

the 62 would be better with your auto for the street. 64's and up on autos seem to be a bit laggy on the street. Smokey too.

Check out the Super Stock 62 from High Tech - you can't go wrong with that one.

im a HUGE fan of my SPS 62/14, it lights quick and pulls really hard, it handles my 500+ hp with no problems with my auto and 315s. Industrial Injections customer service is top notch!! great guys to deal with.

I second LOtero, that turbo would be perfect for your set up... .

My HTB2 62/12 spooled fast and cooled really well, I would suggest it to anyone that is towing and still wants a nice hot rod to daily drive.
