2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission I think there was a power steering mod to bring up the pressure

we may buy a new pump and do the mod if I can find it

and keep the pump for a back up pump

the mod jacks up fluid pressure

un screw the pressure outlet off the pump and remove the valve and spring.

stretch the spring a little and reinstall. should boost your pressure.

The best thing to do is get a revalved steering box. PSC makes a nice one. About $300. Light valving is what your looking for.
