I Took it in the shorts but did it anyway

I went to the dealer yesterday and took it in the shorts on my trade but I wanted that new truck and so did the little woman she is tired of the shifting gears and the noise and the rough ride of the dually. So we bought a 2003 2500 SLT HO/ 48RE dark grey we pick it up monday or tues. :--)

Same here, I believe you would be impressed with the 3500 ride 4x or 2x. But either way, I believe you will like the '03.

At least you had your shorts on If any of you guys that are trading these loud rough riding 2nd generation truck also have a loud rough riding Harley that you need to get rid of real cheap (since they are loud and ride rough) let me know :-laf

Congrats on the new truck! I miss my '01. 5 but I sure like my '03 now that it's finally driveshaftically correct. We just returned from a very windy cold front coming 140 mile trip towing our 5th wheel. Our S/O Cummins had no trouble with it. The HO must be awesome!

Sell my Harley?:--) If Harley comes out with a Fatboy that's silky smooth and has a quiet motor so all I hear is exhaust, I'll take one.
