OUCH! I hate that sound.

You should've heard when the turbo broke on the KW. Compressor wheel snapped in half, which caused the shaft to snap and break the comressor housing OFF. :--) Intake hose was keeping the housing from hitting the road.

i am adding up the costs and trying to get this together finally. i have done another one besides mine and that helped greatly in this prosses. don't give up on me yet.

TSterner, that is definitely not what Dodge had in mind when they designed our trucks, but mighty impressive. I can't wait to show the Ford owners in my office this clip.



I have a couple of questions. How often do you put your truck through that kind of abuse? Also, how often do you break stuff and have to do major work on the engine. I noticed that you have a diesel shop, but I am curious just how durable are our engines?

from what I have read on here, the Common Rail bottom ends are very strong, and some have said that they might be stronger than the 12 valve bottom ends.



I saw one video where Sterner grenaded a turbo, but other than that, I dont know about carnage



I think the majority of the work is done with a CNC machine trying to get the P-pump to work, and also the electrical gremlins.



I hope I didnt speak out of line, Ted, you are definately blazing new trails with the common rail
