I did the carli 3 in suspension, and run 35's no prob, they say it will run 37 too, but i think they rub a bit. the carli systems keep the truck more steetable i think. I wouldn't want the center of gravity any higher for a daily driver. but that's just me. There are a lot of suspension kits out there. make sure you get one from guys who specialize in the dodge 2500's like carli, thuren, ect.

I would suggest you think performance suspension and not lift. There are plenty of cheap spacer lifts out there that just raise the truck and don't help, and even hurt, performance. Mall terrain as I call it. A good kit will help your truck do more and extend it's ability. Of course, that comes at a price. Carli, and Lorenz makes great stuff as does Thuren. Lorenz is more economical. Thuren for more advanced knowledge of suspension. I don't recommend KORE. Had it. Replaced it. These will give you 3" front and 1" rear lift and fit 35s and 37s find. Anything thing above that and you'll need heavy mods. Main thing is to replace the front springs and get rid of the helper springs in back. Then get the best shocks you can afford. I don't think you'll tow well with 37s (and certainly not 40s)with a 3. 73 rear end.
