The QC is the same as the 02 1500's. If you think a half ton has enough room, than you are happy, if you wanted something to rival a ferd on size, then you are sht out of luck.
the dash. The tach redlines a 3300 rpms. The tach reads to 5000 rpms. Now, how long till someone gets it to rev that high? The gauges are white faced. The temp and oil have numbers on them.
The engine compartment. Between when Steve was there for the press conferance and now, they removed the hood release under the dash so it coudnt be raised. I guess no peeking.
Suspension. the front end is about the same BUT the TRACKBAR is better. It now has a rubber bushing on both ends. Which could be replaced with poly for a good solid feel that will last.
No other big suprises with the body/frame.
I did see the elusive ECHO cutaway. If you look at a pic of it, you will see the front of the valve cover has a big plastic thing on it. . This is where you fill the oil, and where the blow by is vented. No more puking from too steep of a hill.

the turbo is off center, so flipping the manafold to raise the tubo for twins wont work w/o more work.
Wastegate line comes off of the compresser housing strait to the wastegate.
the common rail is located outside the head, and has injector lines and enters the head like a standard ISB
the computer for the engine on the stand is stuck on the block right below the high pressure pump.
I forgot to look at the lift pump.
tires on the 3500 DRW is 235/80R17 OR 31. 8X7. 4 R17
