The IAT, under normal conditions, defuels when it senses high intake air temps (as I understand it)... With fuel/timing boxes (specifically a DD-TTPM) attached, does this still happen.



There was a thread about relocating the IAT to the intake horn to keep it carbon free. It would also let it sense cooler intake air.



How would this effect fueling with boxes attached???

it still happens... the TTPM only interprets what it sees on the CAN.
