Here I am

Identify members in classifieds

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

Is it or is it not working???

Just how does the “view new posts” link work?

Let me know how we can help.

Also, we're looking into adding a notation field within the Classified Ads area letting folks know if a seller is a curren TDR member

Was this found to be doable?

I see that the same party (non member at the time) that misrepresented(putting it mildly) the item he sold me has placed another ad.

I was fortunate enough to have recourse thru my Credit Card Company.

Still think it would be good to know if a seller is a TDR member before proceeding with a transaction.

I am working on it. It's a major project because the classifieds have no tie to the database of the forums at all right now. It is in progress though.

Thank You Steve,

Wasn't sure if this was still a live project.

It will be nice to reply to a member posted ad without having to give him the 3rd degree to protect yourself.

I have made numorous purchases from the classifieds and the only problem has been from a non TDR member.

I'll be working on this while I'm laid up from my surgery. Between now and then I have to spend as much time as possible with my clients and get everything setup for the down time. I'll have to work out of the house for almost 4 weeks and so I'll have plenty of time to work on the site then.

Wow! Great idea for sure. I have bought tons of stuff off the classifieds and sold some take off parts too. All but 1 experience was superb. Some way to regulate known offenders of putting more bad ads on their would be really good, I know in my 1 bad instance it would have saved me a lot of now lost dollars and I might still have a little more hair on my head. This would be an excellent addition to the site.
