Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) idiling problem...need help

1999 (no 53 block thank God) auto 111,000 miles when the a/c is on it lunges up and down a little... and if you put it in gear too fast after you start it, it really lunges bad. any thought? thanks

sounds like maybe the throttle position sensor is wigging out
