Does anyone know what could cause my 99 to have a miss at idle. I have a fass system already instaled and the filters are fine and pressure is good. The vp44 is brand new(old one failed at 130000). Have had the truck on a computer and no codes. The miss is sparatic and only at idle,once just off idle it stops. Any ideals?

Have you adjusted the APPS

If this helps,the vehicle in question is a 99' 2500,24 valve,4x4,5 speed manual,K&N filter,straight pipe,fass system. Did have a tst power max 3 but did not install on new pump. I'm not driving now til problem is fixed, not wanting to buy another vp44.

Well tried the apps adjustment and no help. Truck still rough at idle.

Sounds like a ECM glitch. Might want to get your hands on a smarty and reprogram.

maybe get your pop off pressure checked and if off ballance them, as long as they are out, forget checking the pop off, may as well get bigger ones

I have the same problem in my '99 24v 4x4 club cab. It does it only on an idle when it warms up. I have a superchips programer and it does it on all setting and on stock too. I installed a K&N air filter, ckp sensor, FASS fuel pump holds 20psi, changed fuel filter, put a BD turbocharger, replaced the injectors, installed a 4" exhaust not all were done to fix the problem but none helped. When it does it there is no codes set. I put it on a reader and all the sensor looked good. I'm running out of ideas and could really use some help.
