Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Idle fine no power above that

1998 24 Valve 2500 stock that idles fine and no power after that . Autozone checked for trouble code and it said Throttle position sensor. Is that the same thing as my1985 TPS and could cause the lack of power?

I had that happen with mine and found that it was the APPS. I forgot to plug it back in after I had done some work. It started and idled fine but the pedal did nothing.

Check the plug to see if it is inserted all the way.
