Have an employee that has a 99 24V that seems to idle a bit high. Or atleast to me its a bit high
900 RPM with the truck in park and just a tad bit lower with it in drive.
if it should be turned down how do I go about doing that? It has a Banks intake,straight pipe exhaust & banks big hoss chip.
Also while driving it yesterday roughly 45 mph the truck all the sudden bogged down from 1,400 rpm to 700-800 rpm while his foot was on the accelerator and did not return back to 1400+ rpm for 2-3 seconds. I have never seen the rpm's drop and go dead like that before. What should I look for to help that issue?
