Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Idle too high?

I adjusted my idle last night and wanted to know if it is too high now. It now idles at about 900 rpm which is up from about 650-700 rpm. I wasn't having any stalling problems, but just wanted the idle up some (I think it sounds better ). Now when I go to start it the starter barely even turns the engine over and its running. Before the engine would turn over a couple times and then fire; now it fires instantly.

Probly a little high but nothing wrong with that.

I run mine right around 900 too. It has never been or caused a problem

Mines at 950 neutrel and 750 in gear... ... I might even up a little more cuz of A/C situation... .

950 here in neutral about 100 lower with AC on

900 hundred is just fine mine is at 1000 and i have a 5spd.
