I just got back from a trip to Belize. Went with my wife and another couple and we drove all over. I saw a lot of CTDs down there, mostly 3rd Gens. a few second gens. and one 4th gen. Also saw a Raptor, couple F150s and few Powerstrokes and Duramax (one of with was a LMM and smoking like crazy). Some of these were modified (tires, wheels, lift, gauges etc. ), and some criminally abused. Belize is a very poor country and since these trucks cost more than the average Belizian makes in a lifetime, I have to think they are stolen from the US probably thru Mexico. I'm putting a mystery switch on my truck ASAP.

Some maybe expat's I prepped an awesome 2nd gen to go down that way. Money was no object new suspension,steering,power,tires,trans. You name it. The truck had 300k on it but it was fresh before it headed south

With an electronic truck they work pretty good on a 12 valve not so worthy
