Ignition; key culinder vandalized,

They tried to steel my Dodge I guess, and damaged ignition (key cylinder?); cannot insert the key, seems nothing else is damaged: My question: how difficult (expensive fix would be)?, how parts (lock assemble, I guess) is available, as last resort - to do manual wiring and disable column lock?
any advise, idea welcomed,- included pick of lock area, noting else is damaged, broken

If you can’t get the key in the standard removal technique won’t work..You can drill out.the damaged cylinder.
