Jim Fulmer loves his :)

I ran my Dragon Flows(that I've had for over a year) with a stock 215 pump tuned by BPonci and did 650 on #2 with the 40/BB twins. Last year did 750 on #2 with a race pump and I'm currently at 848 on #2 with the new Twins... ... . and yes there in all the time. I did notice a little drop in MPG over 370, a little more idle smoke but seem to be nice other than that! Can't say enough about driving around everyday at 816 hp on #2.

If I were tuning that pump of yours I'd blow that 66 turbo up with these injectors installed! I don't know if they want to try anything new, but they know were to send them for trial!

Jim

I called II and talked to Brady at length this summer about a set of Dragon Flows. I had credit card in hand... ready to buy. Once i told him my intentions and especially that i wanted to stay with a single charger, he decided that they were too much for a single and i would never clean them up. I gained a lot of respect for him and his company after that, he could have easily put a set of them on me (cuz i wanted them :-laf ), but he didn't think i would be happy with them. Call out there and talk to them, honest people and really know their stuff. I am really happy with II. If i make it through xmas with my head (wallet) above water... . i am sending him my pump to play with ;)

Those injectors would do the trick, he's just trying to watch out for you.

Is my bottom charger worth 200 hp? Other than that you have it!

Jim

Not trying to get off topic to much , but how about the 370 Stage 3 Extrude Honed 4 Flow. I might be crazy but im thinking of these going on my 160 pump if I had it rebuilt and had l/c DVs put in. Is it possible?

Not crazy at all, probably just need the bigger DV's though, unless it is time for a rebuild.

So does anyone know what injectors could make about 650hp with a single charger and no drugs, or am I only dreaming? :-laf

Dreaming??? Man i hope not :( ... . Those are my intentions exactly ;)

I dont really need a rebuild but heard the truck runs better and can be turned up 25% at a shop without any machining. Forgot to mention a 4k gsk to go with this.

Just got a set on monday. Extreamly nice craftsmanship on the EDM work. They are pretty large :) I cant believe how well they run in my truck! throttle response is amazing, I did'nt notice much more smoke at all over my old 370's. HUGE power increase ( I have a somewhat worked pump with all the basics and twins), truck felt like it picked up 200hp from the injector upgrade! WELL worth the $$$ + Brady is great to work with. I cant stress enough how satisfied I am with these injectors!

Glad to see you go that route. I though seriously about selling mine just to have the $'s but decided to keep them to run with the single. I don't see big number even with the single an issue even with my 215 pump. If I'm at 600+ on #2 with 370's then they will be a jump no doubt as I can almost totally clean up 370's. Can't decide to upgrade to a Silver Bullet or not as my 66 is allot like it.

Aren't those injectors odd how they make a small pump big when your on it!

Jim

I have a set of twins with a HX60 on the bottom. Currently running stock 370's with a maxed out 215 pump short of bigger P&B's. What can I expect from the Dragon Flows? How much more power? How much more EGT's? How much less MPG? I would plan to keep my 370's for the winter and non performance times of the year if need be. Just looking for some real experience here.

Thanks!

thread hijack underway

First of all GREAT! I've been "out of the loop" for a while and just haven't heard anything about big, streetable 12v injectors lately. What else is out there? Right now my 215 and DV's are stock, but I'm getting ready to step up. Made 439 or something with 370's last dyno--afraid that wife's truck will beat me next time as she has a local pump shop's hot 12v injector in hers.

What's good for a solid 500 on the 215 and a HTB2 turbo?--yeah, I'll need to upsize it.

Im currently running a set of 518's , do you think these are comparable to the dragon flows? Just wondering about the size not the spray pattern. thanks
