For those with the dual feed line: What did you do with the overflow line going back to the filter housing and back to the pump? I put my new cp3 on yesterday, but couldn't put the dual feed on because I didn't have any solid bolts to block off the open holes in the housing and the pump. Thanks in advance.

What you do is take by pass valve out and install the new fitting that we sent to you. Same torque will apply as stated in the service manual. Next route the new hose from the 2nd fitting that we installed in the CP3 pump so that it does not contact or rub anything it is close to. Bend it carefully and make the connection to the new fitting in the common rail. Next take the By Pass Valve and install it back on the banjo bolt in the fuel return line. This will seal off the fuel return and normally will not leak. The banjo fitting itself must have the same sealing washers (one on each side) as before. If you did not get the CP3 with fitting already installed then Contact us. It's not hard to install but it MUST be done right as to not cause problems. We are working on installation instructions to go with each unit but has not happened yet. Thanks
