I know about removing the pressure valve and it's location but which location does the new hose attach to at the pump side. Is it the bolt that's closets to the drivers side tire ? Looks to be a 14mm. Any pics would be helpful.

it should look like a star head plug, probably a t-45,all it is is a plug in the pump you remove the plug and insert the dual feed line connector,i have a 03 so the location for the plug is in a little different location then youre's,i think youre's is close to the top of the pump, hope this helps!!!!!

I have been looking into doing this to my truck with the stock cp3. Everyone is saying that II is the only one to get one, I looked up other threads on the dual feed lines and someone made a comment they were going to a hose shop to see if they could get one made. I work for a cat dealer and I know we have a fittings book with all kinds in it. Would any one know what the fitting sizes are, so maybe I can go cheap on it, cause $300 is way too much if I can get the fittings cause I can get it made hear. Any input would be great. And why is the valve just being pushed aside. I think you would want that extra protection, maybe im wrong.

Here's what I know. Someone here did look into getting the fittings and the price was more then what II is charging. The fitting that goes to the pump is a speciality piece I can tell you that. The fitting at the fuel rail could be made easily. The hose has to be close to 20,000 psi I would say. The fitting at the rail could be made to put the valve back on but not with the one that comes with the kit that HAS NO DIRECTIONS!

I don't think there is a secret. Is it worth it. Well I have not dynoed b/c I did the dual line and modded cp3 at the same time. I did it b/c I did not want a rail cap and I was blowing through the pressure reliefe valve. A rail cap was $ 100 dollars and the dual feed line was or should I say is 300. dollars not; I paid more since II has just reduces there prices. But I like it, for what I am shooting for anyways. Rail pressure at WOT stays at 25. 7k plus or minus 300 psi. I know prople are working on a high duty pressure relief valve but I like this better. On less thing to worry about.

I don't see any instructions section for your products on the site. Do you have a more specific link?

Speaking of... I'm still trying to find useful instructions for installing my SPS62 that I got a month or so ago. Any ideas? In my post here, a couple people said that it's not a bolt-on kit and I'd have an 8" gap in my exhaust.

Sorry for the hijack, but since Brett is paying attention to this thread, I was hoping he might help (apparently missed my post trying to get info on how to install the SPS62 https://www.turbodieselregister.com/forums/showthread.php?t=175172). I'm looking at getting a modified CP3, so this time I want to go with a company that has info readily available.

Thank you!
