I'm done (for now)

I think I am done playing with my truck for now. Thanks for all the help and advise that I have recieved in the past year or so. This is what I ended up with. 1993 ford f-350 ext cab dually,4. 10 rear gear,1993 intercooled cummins turbo diesel w/a518 Power wagon injectors, 16 cm housing, Pump- power screw 1 turn past collar,diaphram at max setting with . 040 shaved off teflon washer. star wheel 3/4 turn down, smoke screw backed off. pump timed 1/8 inch advanced. 26 lbs boost at wot. egt before turbo is 700 at 75 mph with 10 lbs boost not towing. max egt at wot is 1000. How do these numbers sound? anybody have a guess on rear wheel horsepower ? What I was shooting for was the best of both worlds,a strong rig without giving up any of that famous cummins reliability. Thanks again for all of the input whether you know it or not everyone here helped. I spent hours and hours reading old posts and questions before I came up with a plan for my rig. thanks copterdoc P. Sounds like a great setup all around. Nice work!Oo.

As for the horsepower... . I have a similar setup to you and I turned 215hp and 567lb-ft on a dynojet a couple of months ago.
