Just an update...
I just got off the phone with Amsoil, I spoke with a woman
named Lindsey (sp?) in their Internet Orders support group. She
found my internet order dated January 15th, and explained that
on that day, they were training a bunch of new folks on
processing internet orders, and several got lost in the shuffle. She
also said they had been flooded today with calls from other
customers like me, asking about their orders placed on or close to
Jan. 15th. She assured me she would personally handle my
order, and that I would receive it in full by the end of this week
Obviously, this specific instance doesn't explain slowness in the
distant past, but I figured I'd post this just so anyone else in the
same situation with a recent order would know what is going on.
