The install instructions address the intercooler but, it's kind of hard to tell if airflow is effected.

I don't like the black/grey either. Maybe in bright silver......

Luke, what do those weigh? I'm not into the aftermarket bumpers, because of all that weight hanging out front, but I really like that one.

Not sure on the weight but, yes I too don't like the over hang of others. As much as I like the Buckstop bumpers they are out there!

Buckstops are nothing like the Ranch Hands.
Coincidentally,I saw a brand new Buckstop on a 3rd today. I didn't think it had too bad a fat lip factor.
No AEV for the 3rds though. Denver Offroad offers a light strong bumper too but it looks giant also.

Finally a bumper that looks nice on our trucks. Everyone else's aftermarket bumper looks like it was left over from a Mad Max movie. NICE JOB AEV!!!

I have an ARB front bumper on my Jeep Liberty and the weight of it affects handling in winter driving. The back end is too light now. It does protect the front end ( don't ask me how I know :) ) Hint: too light rear - too heavy front - pole  Personally I prefer bumpers like Herd. They weigh about 100 lbs or so.

Aluminess is aluminum but it has serious fat lip issues. I like the AEV but by the time you add a winch and lights your almost into the setup for $4.5K

Yeah,Aluminess has fat lip for sure and the brushguard portion comes up too high. I did see their Trimline model w/prerunner bar a couple of weeks ago on a Ford here. No winch available on that one though.
