Your opinions on these....

My brother just bought a ,ah,umm,a ah,well,a Dura,Dura, well you know what im saying.

He says he loves it,the best truck he ever had,he don't know any better,he works for GM.

He lives about 120 miles from me,but as soon as I see him, first I will kick his @ss,and then I will run him into the ground,as he chokes on the smoke from my tail pipe:D

He paid 43,000 bucks for that thing.

Im so embarrast:(

He said it is so quiet, and with 4 doors,he couldn't turn it down.

Are you listening Dodge?

I did everything I could to get him to buy a Dodge,I think he ate paint chips when he was a kid:D

43K?

That's the price of my HOUSE!!!

You can forgive him, though. He works for GM. Imagine, the 5. 7, 6. 2, 6. 5, 700R4, vega, and a long, long list of other embarrassments to the industry were all thought up, created, sold and driven by GM employees.

If you can imagine... The worst engineering story I've ever read comes from Chrysler. It was the genesis of the Aspen/Volare cars. It is said that management decreed that it had to go to market one year faster than they had time to do. So the car was designed on paper, tooled up, built AND SOLD without normal R&D being done on prototypes and test mules. It is the only car I've ever heard of being done that way. It went straight frome engineering drawings to production. And it wasn't all that bad! Great? No. Good? After it's 1st year of production, it was alright, though never wonderful.

If Chrysler, in their decaying years of the 70's could do that, why can't GM, with all their money, make everything outstanding?

It is a testament to gross incompetence.

He works for GM and paid 43k. I hope they greased it before they stuck it in.

One more year to wait for the Dodge, quiet and 4 doors.

Yeah that was the price on the sticker,he said he paid 38,659 for it. Sorry for the mixup. But im still disappointed in him:mad:
