Military Tribute--WOW!

Why do you think the GOP try's to have it's mouthpieces - Rush and johnnie come lately - Hannity - continually tell us how great it is to finally have somebody in the Whitehouse with Character - and then Through Out Any Character by PANDERING regarding Immigration! The logic is so transparent - it makes me sick!!!!! Does this one issue really bug the S--T out of you as well?????

What Bugs the heck out of me is this. I know Immigrants who have worked in this country, legally for 8-12 years. They come from Europe, India, Russia, Irland, England, Norway. They came over on Visas, and brought their families here. Their Visas now expire, and they are rounded up by the Immigration Service like criminals. They are hard working people who have tried and tried to become citizens. Then there are the illegal Mexicans. I know around Houston, many places, where they gather 50-150 at a time, every morning, to wait for day labor work. They harass neighborhood residents, the pee on the side of the road, in full view of everyone. Some are drunk by 10 AM, on the side of the roads. They take over business parking lots. We have called immigration, numerous times, but they refuse to round them up, unless they are commiting a major crime. Even then a letter has to be submitted to them for review before they will take action. I have nothing against these Mexicans trying to work, I dont blame them, but Fair is Fair, and they should be treated like criminals for entering this country illegally. We as police arent even allowed to take them to Immigration, or call them if we know they are illegal. Some political types have even warned up not to ask if they are here legally. Talk about frustrating.

Somebody send Mr. Bush a letter saying that the Mexicans are building weapons of mass destruction and running terrorist camps.

Maybe then the INS, and the Feds will round them up and ship them back.

I've said it before, mine the southern border 1000 yards wide, remote controlled sniper towers every mile, post a couple of signs and call it good. If they survive the crossing, then they deserve to give it a try over here.

They'll find a way around it, there's no barrier desperation can't beat. Wouldn't doubt if there's many several mile long tunnels with entrances and exits miles from the border.

Send them all to Podunk Colorado. Their Mexican food sux in that state anyway.

Yes it does and we are domn proud of the fact that we can't cook Mexican Food. We're Americans!! Stick a side of beef on a spit and roast it for a few hours. :D

Here

Here in Podunk, our Mexican food is great. After all 60% of the population is Mexican, 20% are green card holders. Go a little farther north and it gets worse though. You have to remember that south of the Arkansas river was Mexico at one time. We still have a lot of Spanish land grants around here. I am still looking for good Italian, only one so far. :D

What part of Colorado do you live in CF? Do you have any pics?? Or sites that have pics?? I hear you talk about it all the time but dont know anything about the place. I have been to several towns on the south side of Colorado and have eaten plenty of good steak, but what they call Mexican food tastes like it came out of a can. I think Houston has some of the best Mexican food, next to San Antonio. TEXAS that is. We also have some very good Cajun food.

Just ask Bill Kondalay how good the Mexican food is in Texas and yall better hope Mexico never does have weapons of mass destruction or terrorist training camps cause if they ever do this country gonna be in a heap of sh!+

I live in a little town that has eight Mexican restaurants, a couple of them sux, but in the whole most are worth the effort to stop. :D

Little???

Little is when there are only two resturants, and only one of them is open during the winter.

CF, you didnt answer the question. If you do live in a town in Colorado that has 6 Mexican eateries then it isnt small. Are you ashamed of where you live?? Are you "paranoid" that you might be "FOUND"??

No not me

No I am not paranoid. I live in the Arkansas valley. The restaurants are in a four town area. I can run to the bank, library, grocery store, the courthouse and be back home in 10 minutes. Small enough? Not for me, reason for moving to the hills. :D

How about 1 bar that's bigger than a school gymnasium, 1 gas station where the price never changes, everyone knows your name, if people don't like your life they make stuff up that has more story lines than a soap opera, and where numerous residents have been married to another resident's spouse(s) at some other time? Other than that the fishing and 4x4ing were great! :D
