Here I am

Impeach the Prez!!!

Attention: TDR Forum Junkies
To the point: Click this link and check out the Front Page News story(ies) where we are tracking the introduction of the 2025 Ram HD trucks.

Thanks, TDR Staff

A Doins in Indiana?

Where are the Southeast Texas guys?

OK... before this gets moved... I am planning a local event, it will be called: Impeach the Prez.

Our Prez organized an event, at my home, told one person about it(the guy trying to get work done on his rig) and not even confirming it with me! No letter to any of the members, no post on the TDR, nothing.

I feel that he should be impeached, since I phoned him and left a message, but no response. Then, when I get done and come inside, I see he has posted a response in the "other" at 3:39pm PST. Neglecting his duties, for sure.

At a minimum, I think he should be severely censured. Maybe have his Ram confiscated for a week. Or take away his password for the TDR for a week. This should not go without punishment... quick and severe.
Ever try to lift a bed off of a truck with only two people... I am here to tell ya, it is not easy.
IMPEACH the PUNK!!!

BTW, Evan, thanks for bringing out the oil and filters last thursday!

Ugh... #ad

A bad weekend was had, my friends...

After getting called into work on Saturday and not getting to go to the NASCAR race up in Monroe that I had been planning for several months, I thought the bad vibes for the weekend were over... Wrong...

Saturday night comes, and I discover my best friend and his girlfriend are having huge problems... And they always come to me for help for some reason. To make a long story short, I didn't get home until 6 AM, and didn't wake until 3:15 in the afternoon...

Rob, I apologize for not getting your message... I checked my voicemail at 4 PM, and found no message from you, and your name was not on the caller ID screen. BTW Rob, glad I could help with the oil & filters.

Was Mike not there? I sent him an email Saturday morning telling him of the project. I thought he'd be there for sure... Oddly, I didn't get a confirmation email from him.

All in all, there's no excuse for what I did... I'm sorry guys, this is not like the PUNK to do something like this.

Needless to say, I feel like ****, and I really let you guys down. You have my word that it will NEVER happen again. BOMBers' honor.

BOMBED AND NOT FEELING SO GOOD

Hey Evan, I'll bet if you bring over a pair of those cool ISB emblems for me (oops, I mean Rob) he'll forgive you... maybe. #ad

Seriously, both of you guys are tops in my book! Rob offers his home (and hospitality) as a place where we can gather for BOMBing sorties and swap information and lies, while Evan even goes as far as to make house calls to help fellow Rammers who need a helping hand, even if it is clear across the state.

Besides, there is probably no way we would be able to impeach the prez anyway, all you have to do is look to President Clinton for case history on the subject! #ad

It was my impression that the prez must be at least 34 yrs old. Maybe Mr. Hanson could make
this baby fly. #ad

Would adding gauges to my truck qualify as a
bombing project? #ad

John,

Guess what I got for you... It's about 1. 5" x 1. 5", blue, and int he shape of a "C. " Know what it is??? #ad
Well, I decided to use the bigger ones on my Ram, and the mini Blue is is all yours. I even hit is with a couple applications of acrylic clear coat when I did the others. I'll bring it next time we meet up.

Heaterexper, gauges is a great BOMBing project. If you want to do it as a big group like we have done many times before, just let me know! BTW, nice color scheme on your Ram! #ad
WHere in the Puget Sound region, are you located, anyways?

Heaterexpert resides in Auburn out past the soos creek hatchery on the way to Black Diamond.

I need to install transmission temp guage and would also like to add EGT and Boost gauges.

Haulin a fifth wheel I would like to keep an eye on the transmission temp.

Need to do it kinda on a budget due to past purchases #ad

Heaterexpert, what kind of gauges were you thinking of using? I know VDO's are affordably priced. Check out [ur]http://www.egauges.com[/url] for info on VDO gauges. ISSPRO are also not too bad. Auto-Meter gauges are a little more expensive, but are very high quality.

I found that overvalved "Punk" sneaking around and posting on the correctly valved forum. #ad

Don't believe any excuses. When them overvalved varmints have time to snoop around where only the proper valved should tread, you know mischief's afoot.
Threaten to take away half his valves. #ad

OK, Evan, you are forgiven. . hehehe. I suggest that we combine the BBQ and heatrexpert's gauge install. Have it on the 24th or 25th, and we can do it all at my house. I have a big BBQ and the electricity for drilling, etc. Also have a mean pair of tinsnips!
Htrxpert... could you be ready by then? We would enjoy meeting you and helping the installation.
I think sundays are best for MikeR.
Let me know, and we will get our plan underway!

Overvalved? You mean "properly valved," right Joe? #ad

Anyways, Rob, sounds like a good plan. We can open up the pasture again, and park all of the Rams out there. We'll work out more details soon. #ad

Oops, Heaterexpert will not be available that weekend. We can still do it at my place if someone else has a project.

Evan, how about you? If not, send an email to all members and ask if they do... we should be able to rustle something up. I'm running out of money, and the wife is running out of patience, or I would come up with another one for my Ram!

May be Rammin' to a Park!

Whaddaya mean properly valved. #ad

Hehe my Ram was fully valved today. #ad
I brought home an unloved Olds 5. 7L diesel engine in the bed. #ad
Hmmm 12 + 16 = 28 valves. Surely enough, but if I want more, I have some in my garage I could put into a box and carry around with me. #ad

How many valves do I need anyway?

12 BIG ONES on my virile Ram!!! #ad

Rob, I still gotta buy some gauges. I am getting the SPA Technique digital ones, and they are not cheap. Gotta save some more cash first... Will be close to 6 bills for the whole setup. Other than Sport lights, I have nothing planned in the near future for my ETH. Stage 3's, HX40, and 4" exhaust will be a project for August or early September.

*** Let's keep the posts about the BBQ in the other topic #ad
