Is it possible to improve the throttle response on my 2002 ETH? Compared to my '95 truck the throttle response is slow and sluggish and is driving me nuts. The throttle pedal also feels "soft" compared to my '95. Can a stiffer spring or something be added so the pedal dosn't feel so "mushy"? Will a box (like EZ or Comp) help improve the response time?? I just notice there to be a slight delay from the time I blimp/bump the go pedal and when the engine RPM seems to respond. On my older truck the instant I bump the go pedal the engine responds.

Your 95 did what it was told when it was told, on the 24V you are asking it to do something and then it decides if and when and how much you get. I do not think you will get the throttle response out of a 24V that you get on a 12V that is tuned well. This is exactly what got me started modifying things, it felt sloppy compared to the 12V. The EZ will help a little, but the VA will help more with the throttle response. It has a little more grunt down low. I have not driven the puck, but it is suppsed to be similar in performance to the VA. The VA, a boost module and some injectors makes for really nice throttle response and the power is great.
