Improved lighting

Would like to have better lighting on my 2010 2500 Laramie... . was wondering if anybody has tried this..... thinking of H. I. D. conversion or just install brighter bulbs. Thanks for any ideas or comments. Allen

I don't know much about the 2010, but usually bumping up the bulb size melts the plastic crap headlamps.

I upgraded to some PIAA bulbs on my 2005. And noticed a pretty big differnce in both the Headlights and the driving/fog lights. Was noticably brighter and whiter light that went further out front and to the sides. This still keep the beam cut off for incoming traffic. So I had no additional people flashing highbeams at me.



I would not do the HID conversion as the lights are not designed for it and you end up being the annoying guy with the WAY to bright lights all the time. I had a pickup following me over the weekend that obviously had the HID conversion in both the driving and fog lights. It was so bright he was blinding me in all my mirrors and I was seeing my truck in its shadow. He is the type of guy that helps us all get all the aftermarket lights banned from street use.
